Premium-Businesscoaches.com is a Lead Hero platform, which generates and sells B2B leads (businesses), to coaches that fit their needs. Due to the high amount of coaches in the German market theses days, it is not easy to find good and perfectly fitting coaches for each problem. To solve this issue Premium-Businesscoaches.com was launched. First it started very niche for only sales coaches but soon the team realized how big the need on both ends is. Due to this, the platform now connects businesses and coaches in a variety of areas. Up to this point the platform generates leads for around 100 coaches in Germany, which buy leads constantly to generate new clients.
How was the platform built up to this point?
1. To generate leads in the industry, like for the other verticals, a landing page was created. This website includes a funnel/questionnaire to receive information of businesses which kind of coach is needed and with this to increase the amount of incoming leads. 2. In addition to the lead generation activities, coaches were contacted to make them lead buying clients. 3. As a third and last step marketing activities have been started with Google Ads to drive traffic on the landing page in order to generate leads. Theses business leads, that are looking for coaches, then were offered to the coaches. After fine tuning the process in 3 cities the lead generation and selling activities have been expanded to the rest of Germany.
How much time and workload did it take to build it?
The setup of this platform was done within just a few weeks, including the start of the ads. After the launch it only took days to generate and sell the first leads to the coaches. Since there was a high demand on both sides the ROAS per lead was and still is over 300%. From this point on the platform expanded in all kinds of B2B coaching activities all around Germany and is still growing.
But also here: The start of a lead selling business needs effort. It needs one Entrepreneur who sees the potential and is willing to put in the hours to start up the engine. But after already 1-3 months these platforms are an automated, passive income.
